This is an excellent case at only a fraction of the price that you would pay at the Sprint store. This case is well made and is a lot better than a puch. I never have to remove it from the case to use as I would with a pouch. I have full access to all buttons and the plastic screen cover doesnt effect screen sensitivity. The only downside is that there is nowhere to store my stylus, but thats not really much of a problem for me.

I bought 2 $4.00 balls, one of which didn't work. They demand that I pay shipping to return a DEFECTIVE item. It would cost me $2.00 to return it. Not worth it!! I would never shop there again!!!!!

I received an incorrect item. I sent an email regarding the error but the response email I got didi not fully address the issue. I sent a follow-up email for which I received no reply. I then called the merchant and got a positive response, but I am still waiting for the replacement item.

I was pleasantly surprised. I recently purchased a new truck. I wanted a stereo that was iPod compatible. To get that would drive the cost of the truck up thousands due to other add-ons I did not want. I was skeptical this product would work, but before I spent hundreds on a new stereo at a local electronics store, I thought I'd try it, since it was less than $20. I was shocked at how well it works. It is perfect! And I didn't have to remove anything from my new truck to play my iPod. I'm still amazed when I use it.

Ordered two items. One was sent the other was not. The tracking # I was given did not reveal that only one item was shipped. After the initial item arrived, I called to check on the other. Was told that I had been sent an email saying I must call to verify billing and shipping addresses (which were not the same). No such email was in my in box or in my spam folder. Person speaking poor english told me one was shipped but not the other because the items came from different warehouses. This makes no sense to me. Also, I was never provided a tracking # for the second item. I received an email saying the product had been shipped, but ONLY AFTER THE PRODUCT HAD ARRIVED. I paid $17 and change for expedited delivery of both products, then had to jump through hoops just to get the only one of them I really wanted shipped at all.
