Ordered two items. One was sent the other was not. The tracking # I was given did not reveal that only one item was shipped. After the initial item arrived, I called to check on the other. Was told that I had been sent an email saying I must call to verify billing and shipping addresses (which were not the same). No such email was in my in box or in my spam folder. Person speaking poor english told me one was shipped but not the other because the items came from different warehouses. This makes no sense to me. Also, I was never provided a tracking # for the second item. I received an email saying the product had been shipped, but ONLY AFTER THE PRODUCT HAD ARRIVED. I paid $17 and change for expedited delivery of both products, then had to jump through hoops just to get the only one of them I really wanted shipped at all.

My order arrived within the expected timeframe; however, the items inside the envelope were not the products that I have ordered. It appeared that the packers may have switched my products with another customer's. I ordered a battery and a car charger for my cell phone but instead what I received were flying monkeys and ear phones ordered by a customer from Missouri. My order number was 205848 but instead what I have received was order number 205849 for Jilian Miller from Chesterfield, Missouri. I've called customer service to correct my order but as of today I have not received my items.

Handheld is a great place to shop, I spread their name whenever I have the chance, this is NOT my first purchase there, I really love their products and their service, they are a top notch operation that cares about their customers, and I will shop there again and again

The shopping experience was good, but I was disappointed with the product itself. The belt clip that came with the product was extremely flimsy and cheap (the worst I have ever seen on this type of product). This was not shown clearly in the picture of the product, so I feel somewhen mislead about the product.
