The product lived up to all of the reviews I read on it, and it does the job I wanted it to do for my I-touch. I wanted something to protect the screen of my I-pod if I slid it in my pocket with my keys, or loose change, and this does the trick, plus it looks sharp.

I paid extra to 'expedite' my order.... first, they only shipped half of it, then it took another week to receive the half they missed. I asked to have the 'expedite' money reimbursed... they said sure, in 24-72 hours.... it is now 8 days later and still haven't received the credit. How can you trust a company that lies to you?... Continuous excuses as to why they can't do something... but could process my credit card in less than 24 hours and even before the original shipment. My next recourse is to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce in their 'burg.... What a shame... all they had to do was to do their job....

I have made the purchase on 25/04/2009 and till date ( 06/05/2009) there is no progress! I've sent couple of e-mails requesting about my order status, i got a replay after 3-4 days saying that I might recive it by end of this month (May) that means it is taking more than the maximum time they mentioned even, which is 20 days!
