BUYERS BEWARE - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

BUYER BEWARE: ESPECIALLY if you are a buying from OUTSIDE the United States. The WORST experience I ever had... When I received the item, it was DEFECTIVE right out of the box. I've sent in a bunch of email inquiries in regards to this matter, but till now I have NOT yet received any reply from them! So, I called their customer service line, and all they would tell me is to ship it back for a RMA on my own expense which is approximately $25 for international shipping, but the item is ONLY worth about $25 and there is NO GUARANTEE that the other exchanged item will work. So, when I questioned them if they test ALL units before shipping them out, they were very hesitant on the “yes”. Hmmm... makes me wonder if they really do? Or are they just feeding me a bunch of lies… So, I asked them about why they didn’t email me back in regards to my concern, and all they had to say was that they will get back to me whenever they can. So, I told them that it has been over 2 weeks now and I never got any response. This is when “Mike” the so-called manager sarcastically said “You might get a response sometime next year!” ?!?! Like WTF, I asked a serious question, and they blow me off like that. What kind of business are they running? I definitely would have rather purchase this or ANY OTHER item from my local electronic store, at least I it will work for sure... without having to waste money on junk that don't work. I would never again purchase anything from http://www.handhelditems.com/.
