My overall experience with Handhelditems is bad. I bought three items from them: Samsung SPH-M800 Instinct Battery, Creative Zen Car Charger, Samsung M300 Compatible Car Charger Plus with Extra Port.  The Samsung car charger was back ordered so all of my purchases were delayed by 2 weeks.  When I finally got the order they sent me the wrong model car charger.  I tried to create an RMA on their website but never receive a response from them. I purchased from Google Checkout so I contacted them through the link on the Google Invoice.  I had to pay to ship the charger back to them. With reluctance I did and the package was returned to me with only "refused" written on the package.  I checked the return instructions again and again and everything was done correctly (all RMA info was included). I contacted Handheld again and was told it was now too late to return the item. They based this on my "purchase date" not factoring in the 2 week delay it took them to send the order because of the backorder. It would have also cost me more to re-send this package than the item cost. I find their business practice less than reputable.  Their prices are cheap so if you get what you ordered you are ok but if anything goes wrong you are stuck with the wrong/defective product.  Shop with caution.
