I have placed three online orders with Hammacher Schlemmer in the last 15 months and have been pleased each time. The products were delivered on time or more quickly than expected and the items were exactly as described on the HS website. They have also held up well. I haven't had any problems requiring customer service. I also like it that I haven't been bombarded with HS catalogs. I may receive one or two a year in the mail but mostly they send me emails, which I authorized, to let me know about new or interesting products. That's how I learned about my new robot vacuum cleaner, Roomba!
