I received two dozen roses from Hallmark (a gift from my husband). Half of the roses looked as if they had been a week old after three hours and their petals fell on the sixth day. I called Hallmark on the seventh day to let them know that the quality of 50% of their flowers was poor. The woman I talked to was unapologetic telling me that they guaranteed their flowers for seven days and that I should have called them before. Clearly, she could not care less, which shows that the company does not care about properly training its customer representatives. I told my husband to never again purchase from Hallmark and would discourage anybody to purchase there. 1-800-Flowers is much better.

Love their Flowers! I have ordered several bouquets for both my mother-in-law and grandmother-in-law and both RAVED about how beautiful they were and how long they lasted. I also love the fact you can send a real full-sized card with the order not just the standard small 3 x 3 note card like other florists. They have my vote for any future orders for certain!

I have used the e-card experience for years and agree that it is wonderful!! The reminder service is great --keeps the guys out of the dog house. Generally a good place to go for cards, flowers, gifts and free e-cards. However, I have used it for years and all to often I enter to purchase flowers etc. and the entire site says--we are working on the site or it is to busy or something to the effect that I will have to come back later. That is just not acceptable in todays market where I can and did go to their competitors that can keep up with their technology

Buyer Beware! If you have money to cover multiple charges to your credit or debit card, enjoy shopping. I incurred 2 charges to my card and was told that several other customers had the same problem. It's been a week and the extra charge is still there!! They do not list a phone number so I am at the mercy of email contact with Hallmark Customer service!
