I have sent eCards, with and without certificates and ordered flowers from Hallmark.com. I believe they are one of the most reputable and reasonable companies online. The selection of eCards are hip/classy/funny/sweet and the best out there.
Flower story:
Last December I checked out their flowers and saw what I liked (including price)on one of their "specials". But I waited 2 days before ordering 2 bouquets and when I went back online, the price had gone up $5 each. So I called their 800 number and told them the situation. I explained that my only complaint is that they didn't have some notice (expiration date) anywhere on their page for those flowers. All specials, coupons, promos have deadlines and IF I had known when that deal was going to end, I could have ordered them at the earlier time.
The Hallmark rep. agreed with me and I asked him to speak to his supervisor to see if I could get the original price. They worked it out that I would get a $10 credit ~ I ordered 2 bouquets ~ after I paid the current charges (which was fine with me).
PLUS I got $8 back a few months ago from that purchase being a Gold Crown member.
I think it is helpful for a company to know when you are dissatisfied and in this case I hoped for the best. AND since there are ALWAYS going to be glitches...how they are resolved is THE important thing to me.
