The worst customer experience ever. You conveniently cannot speak to a supervisor. You can only e-mail. You can't speak to anyone who can actually help. I made two orders never recieved either one. When I called half.com they simply kept saying you would have to e mail them they would look into it and e-mail you back. Horrible it was never resolved. Do not buy. Your credit card information can go to unscoupulous vendors and half.com does nothing. Once you make a purchase you are on your own. I called the 1-800-545-9857# absolutely useless. You cannot resolve any issue with them and you cannot speak to a supervisor. I know many people have made similar complaints and I was actually warned about using them. Unfortunately I did and now someone has my credit card #. I'm out the purchase and my money. Half.com just says there not the vendor there's really nothing they can do. For all the millions this company makes its outragoues for their customer support to be so bad. I have e-mailed clark howard and asked him to feature this horrible example of customer no service on headline news. Please write to him if you have had similar experinces with half.com.
