The Habiat Ascend Bed fullfilled both my wife and my expectations. We used the bed for about 3 wks called the company to make some recommended changes to how the foam material was layered. We certainly appreciate the customer service. The mattress was very easy to assemble.

I am finding the mattress to be very comfortable, but sinking into it doesn't allow me to move very well. Will try to see if positioning will help that. I am using it on an adjustable bed so this might contribute to the lack of positioning change problems. Otherwise I am sleeping very soundly which hadn't been something I could do on a regular mattress.

The videos about the bed materials and the assembly of the bed after receipt were outstanding. No other on-line bed vendor had this feature. This prompted me to go with Habitat.

We were very pleased with the information on Habitat's site. The Ascend Air Bed is wonderful and we re very pleased with it. The cost was excellent compared to the major retailer. However, we were not completly happy with the delivery process. The tracking information was put up three or four days after the shipping process began. When fourteen days had passed, we called the shipper and were told that our order was on the truck and would be delivered that day. We were expecting a phone call(according to the info on the order confirmation order)for delivery arrangement. At that time we learned that an 18-wheeler truck was the delivery vehicle. We live on a narrow township road (turns to private) that has no outlet or a place for such a large tuck to turn around.Therefore, it was not possible for the truck to deliver to our house. Since the delivery company did not call us, we would have had a major problem if the driver had come down our road. The shipper was cooperative in making alternate arrangements with us. We met the truck at the head of our road and took delivery there. Once again, we love the bed, its price and the comfort we are experiencing sleeping on it.

Very nice customer service. They sent a sample of the latex used in the bedding and a sample of the cover for it. They were out of the mattress cover and left me a phone message saying that it had been delayed. I received it 2 days after receiving the mattress. Everything was packed very well and not damaged.

The wrong model mattress was initially shipped, but Habitat quickly arranged for a pick-up of that item while immediately taking action to send the correct item. Mistakes happen, and their willingness to fix and quick response in making the correction gives evidence to their concern for customer care and good relationships.

I really appreciated being able to watch the video clips since I was trying to learn all I could about latex mattresses. Our mattress is very comfortable and we feel we saved a lot of money by shopping on-line. I was willing to take a chance on it after trying out latex mattresses in the store. The six-month money-back guarantee sold me on it, but we won't be returning it!

I love this mattress! I have severe fibromyalgia and arthritis and my sleeping experience has been a nightmare for more years than I can remember. I no longer feel pain as I try to sleep and I wake up more rested. Once I fall asleep, my sleep is uninterrupted. I would recommend this mattress to any one with fibro and arthritis.

My only complaint was that we expected standard sized (free) pillows and we received queen sized. Although also free, they are really too big to be comfortable. The mattress, though, is wonderful and arrived very promptly and in excellent condition!

Only complaint, and it's relatively minor, is that I never received the promised email telling me the mattress had shipped and giving me a tracking number. So I didn't know exactly when to expect it. Other than that, flawless.

All went just fine, the only thing that did not impress me was the cardboard box. Seems to me the video made a point of stating the box was quality and substantial. Not so, the box was torn and in bad shape upon arrival. The product was not harmed. All in all a good expierence. Still trying to get adjusted to the mattress and the prefered setting.
