I order a bed from Habitat futons. The bed came on time just like i was told. When i received the foundation it was broke. I was worried since in live in WI. but they sent a replacement at no cost. The people at Habitat Futons were very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchase of a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Pricing, delivery speed,order accuracy and customer service were excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a Tempur-Pedic mattress, and we love the matterss had an adjustable air bed before this is much better no aches or pains in the AM. better full nights sleep.

Every detail of my transaction was meticulously handled. The order arrived quickly, the staff who handled my transaction were very professional and courteous, and the air bed....EXCELLENT! The ordering and delivery process was fine, actually even faster than promised. Price was very competitive and sales person helpful.

The Tempur-Pedic King top of the line mattress is definitely different. One of us hates it and one loves it. Very hard and with the 8 inch foundation, quite high to climb onto. It was suppose to soften a bit in the first month, but 2 months now, and it still is very hard. The pillows take some of getting used to, but again, one likes and one cannot use them.

The mattress is really heavy. Hope we never have to move it. We will see if it lasts longer than a traditional mattress.

I am so glad I found Habitat Futons while searching the web for information on Tempur-Pedic beds. Marc spent a lot of time on the phone answering my questions; I was very impressed with his knowledge of the product. This company gave the best price (by including pillows, delivery, etc) and the entire experience has been terrific.

Wanted to drop you a note to express my thanks for everything. When researching the TempurPedic beds, no where was there information as your provided on your site - not even TempurPedic's site. It was in fact that information that provided us with enough information where we felt comfortable placing the order. AND why would we go someplace else to make the purchase when you'd already done so much.

Then you followed it up with exceptional service and follow-up to every single question we had by email and phone - including recommendations for linen.

And, by the was - we won't be returning it, but you knew that. The sharp back pain I was having simply went away after about 4 days. We sleep so much better. We know this because we don't run out of gas during the day as we sometimes did before getting the bed. The Celebrity is perfect,

Now all I need is a mountain to climb where I could shout from it's top - Buy This Bed. It's awesome and so are you.

After checking with people I know in the New Orleans area to see if they had heard anything negative about Habitat Futons business (which they had not), I decided to approach them regarding purchasing a new Tempur-Pedic King size set. Email responses were super fast and very thorough and the rep. who contacted me live to finalize the order was very knowledgeable and professional and immediately faxed a receipt to me for my records.

Delivery time was almost as fast as the emails. The rep. quoted me 4-5 weeks for full service set up upon delivery and I got the call to arrange for delivery in less than 10 days from the date of my order. Delivery Company was right on time and very professional. After they left, I couldn't find the warranty registration card and called Habitat Futons to see if they could send me one. I got it in 2 days.

Bottom line...from before, during, and after my purchase, they were absolutely outstanding! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Tempur-Pedic or any other product they sell!
