They did a great job. They were very quick to return my calls even after I made the purchase and the wrong pillow was sent to me. They went above and beyond to make sure that the correct pillow was sent and they even refunded me for the postage it took to mail it back to them.

I rate Habitat Futons Tempur-Pedic Bed Division with a rating of 10 out of 10. Accuracy of the order was correct, delivery was super. I actually received the order prior to the expected delivery date. Notification of shipment was given prior to delivery. I returned the first mattress, it was a bit firmer than I wanted. There was no problem with the return, the delivery personnel even helped to package the returned item. I definitely recommend Habitat Futons to everyone. Maryland shopper.

I called a telephone number for Tempur-Pedic that was in a magazine I had. I was told that you could not buy Tempur-Pedic beds through any store and the person I talked to seemed annoyed with my questions. I then researched through the Internet and came across the name of Habitat Futons, Tempur-Pedic Division. I called and all of my questions were answered in a very professional manner. I was skeptical ordering out of state, but my order was taken accurately, the delivery was made on time and they were great people to deal with. I was very surprised at all the things (shipping, mattress cover, pillows) Marc Anderson gives with an order. I ordered an adjustable bed and couldn't be happier with my purchase. When I get ready to replace the bedding in my guest room, it will be with Habitat Futons, Tempur-Pedic Division.

I researched locally as well as on the Internet and their deals cannot be beaten. You can't even get a better deal buying direct from Tempur-Pedic. I tried out a bed locally and my back stopped hurting the moment I laid down on it. I've had chronic lower back pain for 15 years but have had absolutely no pain since we got our Tempur-pedic. The customer service I received was excellent and they also delivered faster than the factory. Best of all, the delivery was FREE! That's a savings of $159.00 right off of the top, not to mention the freebies to sweeten the deal. I highly recommend these people. They know the products they sell and they sell at the right price. The only bad thing about a Tempur-pedic is you have to get out of it eventually.

Marc Anderson was extremely helpful when I called with my questions about the tempurpedic bed. He is very knowledgeable about the product. They offer 3 different delivery options -- at no charge. I asked for the 'white glove' service -- where they deliver and set up and haul away the boxes. The order was shipped on time and arrived within the specified time frame. I had a problem with the delivery company (not a person from Habitat, but a different company) not wanting to open box, take upstairs, set up and haul away. I immediately called Marc back and he fixed the problem --- bed was set up and materials gone within 1 hour of my calling -- plus I had the delivery company call me during this process and apologize profusely. I call that excellent customer service. I am extremely satisfied with this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tempurpedic bed --- they even offer incentives for buying from them.

Wanted to drop you a note to express my thanks for everything. When researching the TempurPedic beds, no where was there information as your provided on your site - not even TempurPedic's site. It was in fact that information that provided us with enough information where we felt comfortable placing the order. AND why would we go someplace else to make the purchase when you'd already done so much.

Then you followed it up with exceptional service and follow-up to every single question we had by email and phone - including recommendations for linen.

And, by the was - we won't be returning it, but you knew that. The sharp back pain I was having simply went away after about 4 days. We sleep so much better. We know this because we don't run out of gas during the day as we sometimes did before getting the bed. The Celebrity is perfect,

Marc spent a lot of time on the phone answering my questions; I was very impressed with his knowledge of the product. After looking locally, calling televised numbers and searching the internet for about 2 years, Habitat Futons gave me the best price and added incentives (pillows and mattress cover). I was somewhat hesitant to purchase such an expensive item on-line but took the plunge. Customer service was prompt, curteous and helpful. My order arrived earlier than expected and in A-1 condition. The 120 day try out guarantee is nice but I didn't need it - I LOVE my new Tempur-Pedic. And I highly recommend purchasing from Habitat Futons

I recently purchased the top of the line Tempur-Pedic King Size mattress from Habitat Futons. The mattress was delivered and installed in my home at the time we had specified. We are completely satisfied with the quality of service and with the quality of the Tempur-Pedic mattress mechanism that adjusts the height of the mattress. I rate their reliability and customer service as the highest that I have received from any vendor.

After checking with people I know in the New Orleans area to see if they had heard anything negative about Habitat Futons business (which they had not), I decided to approach them regarding purchasing a new Tempur-Pedic King size set. Email responses were super fast and very thorough and the rep. who contacted me live to finalize the order was very knowledgeable and professional and immediately faxed a receipt to me for my records.

Delivery time was almost as fast as the emails. The rep. quoted me 4-5 weeks for full service set up upon delivery and I got the call to arrange for delivery in less than 10 days from the date of my order. Delivery Company was right on time and very professional. After they left, I couldn't find the warranty registration card and called Habitat Futons to see if they could send me one. I got it in 2 days.

Bottom line...from before, during, and after my purchase, they were absolutely outstanding! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Tempur-Pedic or any other product they sell!

We went to Habitat after reading good things about them in various places on the web - don't remember where now, as that was 6 mo ago. The website was very informative, as was the person we talked to on the phone. Our mattress was delivered as promised, and we have been delighted with it ever since.

We were very upset and dissatisfied by our experience with Habitat Futons. Our delivery driver refused to take the old bedding away, a service that we paid for. For a week, calls to Habitat Futon were met with an attitude of complete indifference while my children's playroom was being occupied by the old bed. When the trucking company finally showed up to take away the old bedding, they sent a driver who screamed profanity loudly in my residential neighborhood while my children and my neighbor's children were watching. We are totally disgusted with the entire experience, and would urge anybody who is buying a bed to use another vendor.
