It has been 4 years since we purchased our Air Bed. It is the most comfortable mattress we have ever had. I want to thank you for the personal attention we got from Habitat Furnishings when our air pump failed. Mark you handled the first contact and then you were out of the office when I sent an e-mail asking for a tracking number. Courtney responded and sent it on. When I checked it I found out it had the wrong delivery address. I called Courtney and she was able to stop FedEx and have it re-routed. We received it today and all is well, thank you. You have a great staff , that is well trained and customer oriented. Kudos also to Paul F. your pump specialist. He called me that first night and we tried to trouble shoot it over the phone.

Excellent products. This is my second large purchase from Habitat and this company stands behind its products. I called to get clarification about the delivery of the last item of three that I ordered and they confirmed it was coming later in the day. It arrived and I was very pleased with everything. It can be frustrating buying online but I have no reservation ordering from Habitat Furnishings.

I hoped I was not crazy ordering a mattress online. Turns out this was the smartest thing I ever did. The price cannot be beat. The service was outstanding. We are loving our most comfortable natural latex mattress. If you are hesitant because it's an online purchase - don't be. The shipping, pillows and mattress protector really are free. We've been looking for a mattress, but did not know what type to get, until we stumbled upon Habitat Furnishings website - where we seen a lot of information about Latex mattress.  We didn't want to buy another spring mattress, water bed or memory foam.  Natural latex interest us, Habitat website gave us a lot of information about latex .  Even though we never tried a latex mattress, the reviews and information given in the site prompt us to order one.  It was scary to order online but when we got our mattress and tried it that day, we liked it a lot!  It is the most comfortable mattress we ever owned.  It was delivered as promised, and the 2 free latex pillows were a plus. We could not use any other pillow anymore.  It's over two weeks since we got our latex mattress and we enjoy it a lot.  Customer service was excellent. We got a lot of helpful information from Mark. We would recommend this company to a friend.  Great company to do business with.

My husband was in a car accident and damaged five vertebra and we tried three mattresses (Macy's, Sealy, and some innerspring) and none of them helped. Our chiropractor suggested a latex bed, so on a whim, we tried the Habitat bed. Within four nights, his pain slowly subsided. He said it is easier to turn and does not sleep hot like the Sealy that had the memory foam on top. The sales people were helpful and gave me an honest sales talk. Would recommend for anyone with back problems or just looking for a bed that feels supportive but still soft enough to be inviting. Delivery took only 11 days. It came rolled up which was easier to handle than the floppy big boxes that our two loser mattresses came in.

For years, I've switched from inner spring to air bed mattresses , but I could not ever get comfortable for a full night. I have bad shoulders from a car accident and it has never healed. I almost gave up on mattress shopping after spending so much on different name brand mattresses. Then accidentally found Habitat through a buyer's guide or report. I took a chance and ordered the 9" Sky Bed. I was skeptical at first, but within a week, my shoulder pain went away. This is the first mattress that I have been able to sleep on without waking up once throughout the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful in putting me on the mattress that worked best for me. Everything arrived just in the time they said it would. At first it was scary buying the mattress over the internet but it is the best purchase I have EVER made.
