Product arrived with no receipt, no instructions and no warranty information. I called the merchant, and they emailed me the receipt and instructions for care, but no warranty information. Easy enough to buy, track shipping, and receive the package. Easy enough to unpack the mattress. Would have been nice to have advice about what to do with the old mattress, but it turned out to be easy - we put it out on the curb and someone came and scavenged it. So far, we love the mattress. Pillows are too thick for comfort, though.

It has been 4 years since we purchased our Air Bed. It is the most comfortable mattress we have ever had. I want to thank you for the personal attention we got from Habitat Furnishings when our air pump failed. Mark you handled the first contact and then you were out of the office when I sent an e-mail asking for a tracking number. Courtney responded and sent it on. When I checked it I found out it had the wrong delivery address. I called Courtney and she was able to stop FedEx and have it re-routed. We received it today and all is well, thank you. You have a great staff , that is well trained and customer oriented. Kudos also to Paul F. your pump specialist. He called me that first night and we tried to trouble shoot it over the phone.

Excellent products. This is my second large purchase from Habitat and this company stands behind its products. I called to get clarification about the delivery of the last item of three that I ordered and they confirmed it was coming later in the day. It arrived and I was very pleased with everything. It can be frustrating buying online but I have no reservation ordering from Habitat Furnishings.

I hoped I was not crazy ordering a mattress online. Turns out this was the smartest thing I ever did. The price cannot be beat. The service was outstanding. We are loving our most comfortable natural latex mattress. If you are hesitant because it's an online purchase - don't be. The shipping, pillows and mattress protector really are free.
