I began my journey to find the perfect bed a few months ago. I did tons of research and finally came upon Habitat Futons. Though intrigued, I was a bit worried about ordering something so important with no store to go to if I had issues. I had read many of the reviews on this site and found that the most common complaint was lack of response by the sales team and longer than promised shipping time. 
Let me address the last complaint first, I kid you not - I ordered my bed 1 week ago and it just arrived! I was amazed how quickly they got my bed to me. I have not even set it up yet and had to write this review. If I have any problems with the actual bed, I have no worries about it. They will handle it quickly and professionally I am sure. 
As for the "lack of response" by Mark the Sales manager, I had to deal with him as well. My issue was I ordered my bed on a Saturday and had spent over my daily limit (many banks consider an entire weekend as one day when it comes to daily limit). My bank only approved $1000. of my $2500. purchase. I called Mark to be sure that they did not just take the $1000. and then cancel my order. I was impressed that I actually got to speak to the man that other people had complained about. I mean what are the chances of getting the actual sales manager instead of a know nothing customer service rep?
Mark assured me that they would put the remainder through again the next week as they understand that banks do that sometimes. I got a call from Fed Ex before my advance package (containing the mattress protector and samples of the materials) arrived. I assured the caller that there must be some misunderstanding, or maybe it was the mattress protector? She informed me she had two packages containing a large air bed. My advance package arrived two days after that.
So all I can say to Habitat Futons is "WOW!" I will remember this online experience as one of the best experiences I have had shopping, online or otherwise! Very professional and very speedy service.
