I purchased the 8" All Natural Latex Mattress With Cotton Cover for my daughter 3 months ago as she had been having severe and painful back problems for a year.  The previous mattress she slept on was a spring mattress with some memory foam on the top.  After 3 years of use, the mattress had started to sag in the middle and had been causing her much pain.  We did a lot of research on the different kinds of mattresses out there and tried several at a local store.  We were caught between the memory foam and latex mattresses. 

After looking at the Habitat Futons website and watching all their really nice videos, seeing that they use organic latex, and reading about the 180-day money-back guarantee (this was a big plus), we decided to buy from their store. 

We were pleasantly surprised at how fast the mattress was delivered (within 2 weeks easily).  Before that, we received a welcome kit with samples of the latex used and the mattress covering.  When the mattress arrived and we opened the packaging, it was nice to see how beautiful it was.  The mattress covering is very beautiful and feels clean and comforting.  What's even nicer is that you get a free water-resistant fitted mattress cover and a latex pillow.

I found the people to be very professional and courteous.  The website states that you get a latex pillow for free.  When we received our invoice, I found that we had been charged for the pillow.  I emailed the company and they promptly responded and refunded the charge.  In fact, two people answered the email and apologized for the oversight.  That's great customer service!

About the mattress itself, my daughter has been sleeping very well through the night, and most of her pain is gone.  She finds the latex to be extremely supportive and wishes we had done this years ago and spared a great deal of pain and medical expenses.  Well, better late than never.  Oh, and she also really likes the pillow.  She has been through several kinds of those too in the past few years because of neck pain.

Overall, we are very satisfied with Habitat Futons.  It's good to see a company that takes pride in its products.  And the people are nice too!!
