I am a very loyal and satisfied customer. I ordered expensive jewelry on the 12th, I still do not have it. Isually I get it by a week through usps shipping. I suggest all jewlry that has a high cost should be shipped UPS. It is safe, and is delivered usually 3-4 days.

HSN customer service is always top notch evern when there has been a problem they go above and beyond to solve a problem. The availability of product for the most part is very good if their customer service was not as good as it is I may not keep coming back.

HSN is my favorite shopping network. They fulfill orders very quickly and geographically are very close to me, so I usually receive items within a few days. Any delays in orders were due to merchant shortages, not their fault. The website is great. I can track all of my UPS shipments. I don't think anyone else does a better job including QVC and QVC is supposed to be the largest shopping channel out there.

I've shopped both shopping channels for years. Both offer money back guarantee w/i 30 days of purchase if you aren't happy and both give you back the shipping charged for sending you the item. Alot of catalog departments don't so you pay shipping both ways, even for an item you aren't happy with. I enjoy shopping online as I don't get to the mall that often.

IMO HSN has gone downhill. The new HSN.com site is horrible. All over the place and you eliminated the BB community boards. Mainly all of my purchases were made via talking with others on the community boards. Don't want to be involved in any kind of blogs. They boards were a marketing tool which no longer exists for me as a consumer. My future shopping with HSN is questionable. The boards were also shut down without any regard for consumers. HSN also now has a vendor threatening consumers and reaking havoc. Not necessarily comfortable with you having my personal information on file for this vendor to use for his purposes. Telephone orders have also changed. Having to make vocal announcements doesn't work for me as a consumer. Wish you all the best.

HSN has gotten better...Prices are decent and they employ a lot of Floridians in the Tampa area of Florida where they are based....You have a 30 day guarantee but the networks will drop you if you have a high return ratio...Never happened to me thank god...QVC has better hosts In my opinion only.

I have loved shopping on line with HSN. My recent experience since you have updated your website is I am unable to order on line anymore. I get an hourglass and it does not connect, I have waited as long as 3 hours. Prior to the changes, (by the way, I do like the looks of it and what you have done) I was able to order anytime very quickly, now I am unable to order on line. thank you

This purchase was easy. I found what I wanted and ordered it. At a later date I made a purchase which just over a day later was able to be purchased mush cheaper and with no shipping charges. I had to complain a little and speak to a supervisor, however, ultimately everything was settled to my satisfaction.

I am very satisified with all of my purchases on HSN. I Have not had any problems. I prefer to order over the internet, don't usually like to order by phone.

HSN was OK. But the camera wouldn't take pictures. I e-mailed the problem to HSN C/S. Reply was that they couldn't help me but gave me GE's phone no. I called GE. He said camera sounded like it was defective. Cost me $14 to send it back to GE. Probably won't get replacement until late next week. I sent e-mail to HSN C/S stating I will not have much time to try it out before the 30 day return policy.
