I buy items from HSN on a consistent basis. (I also shop QVC and ShopNBC.) HSN has clearly improved not only their merchandise but all other facets of the shopping/shipping process. In fact HSN is now my primary channel. THX

I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars with HSN in the last 6 months. Sometimes I have had to send things back because of fit or just because I didn't like the item. Never had any problems. Most items are of very high quality at a good price. Most of my buying is at HSN.com. I will continue to shop at HSN.

I have been shopping with HSN for a lot of years & I really haven't had any problems with any of their services. I tell all my friends about them & a lot of them order from them also. Love Lynn, Connie & Colleen, these are my 3 favorite show host. They are so down to earth & they all have wonderful senses of humor. It's easy and fast. Returns are also a breeze. I like that they at least give you back shipping one way. Some places don't give you any shipping back. To me that's not good business. If you weren't satisfied why should you pay for the shipping? Like that about HSN.

i HAVE ALWAYS LOVED HSN, BUT I DON'T CARE FOR THE CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE. IT IS LESS USER-FRIENDLY AND FRUSTRATING TO NAVAGATE. I HAVE RECEIVED DOUBLE ORDERS ON THE SAME ITEMS (THREE OR FOUR TIMES). THEY SAY THAT I HAVE TO CONTACT MY CABLE COMPANY FOR THE PROGRAM TO PROPERLY WORK. FOR EXAMPLE, I USED TO SHOP USING THE HIGH TO LOW/LOW TO HIGH ARROW AND THAT WON'T WORK ANY MORE. I'M FRUSTRATED.

I always though that HSN was a joke. My grandmother is the one who got me interested in it. My first purchace was the Tan Towel. I was very impressed with the product and the quick shipping of my purchace. I also love the flex pay that you have designed for people like me who can not afford to spend lots of money at one clip on something that I would really enjoy buying. I look forward to shopping with HSN for years to come.

To be honest I hve been with HSN for over 13 years and I perfered your old internet set-up. I am unable to pull up the Italian Bath and Body products easily as your new format requires to much memory. (funny this is the only line on the new set-up I have a problem with) I perfer to shop on-line for the products instead of trying to catch the program on the HSN TV channel. I am not happy with the set-up, but deal with it and love the products.

For the most part I've had good experience shopping at HSN,but at times I've experienced long delays on hold waiting to speak to a representative,the one comment I will make is that I think the shipping and handling charges are a bit high on certain items, I suspect HSN is trying to make up for the free shipping they do on other products when and item cost btw 9.95 and 14.95 and the shipping is 5-6 dollars that's a bit steep and a turn off for me. I know that it cost to ship out items but with the volume of sales HSN does I find it hard to beleive that they cant get a better rate and pass the savings on to the consumer. HSN is good in backing up their 30 day guantee but I must say that if an item goes down within that time frame they should credit your account automatic instead of you having to call in.

I've shopped with this company for many years. The ordering process is easy; the returns are even easier. The selection of merchandise is excellent. I've purchased clothing, cosmetics, jewelry, cookware, appliances, etc. I'm extremely happy with the products I've ordered and, on those rare occasions when I've contacted customer service, I've received excellent service. I couldn't be happier!

I will never shop at HSN again. They shipped me the wrong item yet I had to pay to return it; it was their mistake they should pay to return it. Also, the customer service agents were rude, non-caring and inconsiderate. My time is worth more then the $4.95 and after I was basically told to go away I gave up.

Consider yourself warned HSN has zero attention to customer service. The bottom line is their making money even on shipping.

I've tried to get the wig I want for over a year. I wish when things are sold out that they would get them back. Reviews beg for items that are out of stock FOREVER and no one seems to respond. Also, S & H costs are ridiculous. I can buy a clearance item for $5.60 and pay $5.95 in S & H. NO S & H charges are less than 4.95. Somethimes that 25-50% of the cost of the item.

I've been shopping at HSN for approx. 14 yrs. Every so often something gets lost in the mail or is received in poor condition, e.g. the green amber bracelet had a stone fall out as soon as I put it on. I've never had any problem returning anything or getting credit. However, it does take forever to get here. I used to live in Denver & now in Chicago & it always takes 10 business days - except during the holidays, so I know they can get it here sooner!

Love shopping at HSN, they have wonderful merchants with beautiful merchandise. The only I would consider changing is making it easier to see the sale items with the product store. right now the sale items are on a page stating sale items, it would be nice to have all the items and sale item included on the store page of the merchant. It was that way before and would be nice to have it that way again.

I love almost all of the products I'v purchased from HSN. Those that didn't work for me are easily returned. It's been a fabulous experience every time. I'm amazed by the quality vs. price - I have become a regular customer!

I ordered a Fantom vacuum cleaner from HSN and it died a year later. I discovered that the 2 year warantee was void because fantom went out of business. However I contacted HSN to complain and they send me a settlement check for 75% of the purchase   Read full review...
