I love shopping at Home Shopping Network. I have purchased items from almost every category. I love the quality and if you need to return an item it is very easy. I also tell all my friends about HSN when ever I get a compliment on what I bought.

I am very unhappy with HSN.com. They canceled my order without letting me know about it, plus when I sent out an email with a question to customer service instead of answering my question I have got a response - "call to customer service"!!! Why would you have an email service in the first place if you have to call anyway??! Plus they have a strange problem with their public information database, which they receive from God knows where and it gets updated only ones a month. So if you have recently moved and want to make an order at this website it does not matter what information you enter when you make an order because HSN.com has already an old public record on you, even if you have never made an order before! So your order might get screwed up because of their old records on you and those records get updated only ones a month. Isn't it strange and stupid?

I never had to return any of my orders that I have bought from HSN.Everything came on time, if there was a delay HSN would either call or send a letter to let me know when they would send it. Also everything that was on waitlist I always received.I have been shopping since 2001 and I have had excellent service. I will continue to shop with HSN as long as my money holds. I love Andrew Lessman's products. I do not love HSN. I received 5 out of 6 items ordered via UPS. I was just told by HSN that although I was given a choice and did choose UPS as the delivery method that the "warehouse" can change that choice at any time and do not have to give a reason. I am disabled and UPS delivers to my front door. For some unknown reason HSN chose to send 1 of 6 items via U.S. mail. I now have to go to the post office and pick it up myself. I have to walk with a "walker" and the post office is very difficult for me - which is why I specifically chose UPS. Why does HSN misrepresent that I have a choice when even their own customer service tells me that I do not? I am not happy.

HSN has excellent customer service and can have excellent value. The bravetti line that they carry has quality control problems, but the company makes it very easy to return the item and if an item is defective they will pay to ship it back. The excellent customer service and the 30 days no questions asked policy plus some great items--jewelery, clothes--makes this an excellent vendor to shop. Just be selective as you would at any store.

good experience as always...i am a big real collectibles & signature club a buyer...never a problem with returns or exchanges...hv had a few items(real collectibles)not arrrive at all when sent thru USPS, but all items that ship thru UPS arrive quickly,well packaged and are well received.

I've been shopping at Home Shopping Network for many years. I especially like the customer review feature. This gives the opportunity for past customers to post their opinions on the product, so that prospective buyers can review these opinions. The sizing chart is most helpful. It gives the individual garment measurements; not a "general" size chart.

I will NEVER shop at HSN again--I purchased a ProForm Treadmill in late February which was delivered to my home broken. Even though my account was charged immediately and they delivered the product within 10 days, when I tried to return the treadmill it took over a dozen phone calls and threats to get HSN to refund my money--which, seven weeks later, still hasn't occurred! Service is absolutely terrible, I have learned my lesson. NO MORE HSN! I am so disgusted I am going to write the Better Business Bureau and my State Attorney; they are holding my money far longer than should be legal.
By the way, I am a long-time QVC shopper and have always had excellent service from them; if you're looking for a shopping network, stick with QVC. |

Love it and use it all the time. I love that they do not charge sales tax to places that they have no physical presence (unlike QVC) and their CS is always really helpful. Products are in great shape, and if they don't work or don't get here (UPS problem), the return or refund is prompt and hasslefree.

I have purchased quite a number of items from HSN and have received the vast majority of them with no issues whatsoever. One item that I had a problem with was on the packing list, but not in the package. I called and received the replacement within 3 working days. All returns and refunds/replacements are handled very efficiently.

Terrible service! Everything was fine until I tried to get my product fixed on their no questions asked- 100% coverage Protection Plan. Turns out 100% parts and labor doesn't include the rechargeable battery that came with my product (Roomba). The battery died, so the product is dead, and they could care less...

Ordered Bravetti Microwave convection oven on 2/12/06. Used it as microwave for a couple of days and then the turntable died. Using it with an inoperable turntable resulted in food burned in one section. According to the carton the oven weighs 25.2 kgs. Believe me, it is heavy and I needed help removing it from the carton. I called customer service(?) on 2/24 and explained that I am unable to lift the oven and asked if they would arrange to have UPS pick it up. I was told that it would take 10-12 days. On 3/2, having heard nothing, I called again, this time to a Judy and was told that it would be picked up by the next week. I assumed that this would be true since in the reviews on the HSN site, I saw many reviews detailing the same complaint I had; also 2 reviews in which the customer thanked HSN for agreeing to have UPS pick up their packages. Today, 3/7, I received a card from HSN advising me to drop the return in a mailbox or bring it to the postoffice. Is HSN lying to me and to the other customers?

HSN IS DISGRACEFULLY UNCONSCIONABLE!My son is going through CHEMO.I had ordered a pricey beadspread,pillows and window treatments. i did not have the time to open the order immediately ( was traveling back and forth from NJ to TN )A few weeks later when I opened the box I found that the window treatment was the wrong color.I called HSN and was told not to worry"just send it back" I sent the window treatment back and I was just informed by automated message that they had REJECTED my return!When I called HSN and explained my situation to supervisor"DIANA" I was treated with great indifference.The woman is heartless!Now,I have $150.00 invested in a window treatment that matches nothing and is totally useless to me.I have experienced alot of aggravation that I don't need during this stressful time and I WILL NEVER SHOP AT HSN AGAIN! Apparently they do not give a darn about having decent customer relations.HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
