I have shopped there for 20 years and spent a ton of money and they refused my order based on an acct over 20 years old they are trying to make me pay for the same item twice so now they will not let me order anymore they have messed these accts up 3 times now and as much as I spend you would think they would want me as a customer but no they are idiots

Items have been shipped and received very quickly. If an item wasn't available for some reason always have received notification by e-mail giving me the option to cancel if necessary. Returns have also been done very expeditiously which is always greatly appreciated. Overall very satisfied!

I purchased the TS boots from Sporto. Unfortunately they run small and don't fit. I don't want to reorder the right size and end up paying shipping 3 times, (original order, return, and again for new size), and I don't know if I would get the same TS price or the regular price so I gave up and just returned them.

At times, items that are purported to be in-stock, aren't. The unanticipated wait, i.e., longer than 7 to 10 days are promoted, can be as long as thirty. Often (this occurs a couple times a year), if I knew the wait would be longer than 10 days, I would not have placed the order.

I have purchased many products from HSN over the years. Now when I order online I do not receive order confirmations or shipping confirmations. I have changed nothing on my computer, have not blocked such replys but customer service says that it is something that I am doing. I will not order from HSN until someone figures this problem out. When I order from other companies I have no such problem. I regret this and won't even be able to watch HSN on Tv because I don't want to see something I want and not be able to order it on my computer. Sorry

Although I have had generally excellent experience with HSN, I was surprised that after ordering this item in the morning and still seeing the same item being advertised that evening, I received an E-mail the next day saying it was on back order. The explanation given was not satisfying.

I can log on, search for what i want and buy it quickly and easily. The gift registry on the site increases my buying because i store my favorites and am prompted when they go on sale, triggering an unexpeced but welcome purchase. And, POS in the shopping bag offers a break in shippong if i will buy another item! Great!

I truly enjoy shopping with HSN. Many of the products are exclusive to HSN and are some of the best product available anywhere. The prices are especially terricThe only improvement I would suggest is the shipping cost; I find the fees sometime to be unacceptable, especially with regard to jewler (which we know does not weight that much).

Excellent BUT.. I ordered several things recently how do I know which thing it is that you want me to rate???? I picked one thing. I ordered a min. of four Heidi Daus items, four pair of shoes, and a watch. How am I to know what you are asking about?????? Please advise. Sometimes HSN doesn't stand behind their customers. They continue to sell products that customers have repeatedly complained about. Sometimes you can make an order on a today special early in the day, they continue to sell the product for the rest of the day and yet your told your product is on back order, sometimes the order comes in and sometimes they cancel the order. Customers should know up front before ordering.

I purchased a Room Solutions product a down top Feather Bed and pillow set on august 1,2007 I would NOT recommend this as the feathers are all over the mattress and the floor,and they are picky also.I do not consider this Feather Bed a good deal at all,very disappointed with it,would not purchase any other product from them after this experience
