Delivery Speed is amazingly quick. Orders have always been accurate, customer service is so great it is why i keep coming back for more...they will fix any situation unlike QVC.
Returns are extremely easy using the enclosed paid for UPS label. If you want to return later than the 30 day return policy, as long as you have a valid reason (don't ruin it for the rest of us by fibbing), they will accept the return with no frustrating "I'm sorry, that's the policy" conversations.
TIP: * Be sure to be aware if the item you put into your shopping cart is "waiting list" currently. many of their 'customer picks' are waitlisted because they sell out as soon as HSN restocks the item. If you must wait on the wait list until the item is back in stock, then any coupon code or emailed offer you have for free shipping will not be valid if the item is shipped after your offer expires.
The quality of HSN's products have taken an edge over QVC's.
TIP: *For ultimate satisfaction with your purchases, do some online review checking on the product of interest. You can use epinions.com, amazon.com and even hsn.com as we members tell the truth about product satisfaction.
TIP: If purchasing a product with parts, look into the customer service for the product from the company that makes it. HSN cannot help with replacement parts for products or non-working features. they will have to refer you to the company for that and will not have the contact numbers for you to call or email addresses for that company. An company example is if a product is distributed by Guthy-Renker. A product example is the Flavorwave convection oven. The oven works as advertised....for a while...then parts fail and both HSN AND the flavorwave people DO NOT supply parts so you have to buy the entire product again.
AGAIN, HSN happily offered to take the item in a a return. Their customer service makes it safe and easy to purchase from them.
