HSN customer service is crap. Don't bother with these clowns if you expect any satisfaction. Their CS reps are rude, and will hang up on you. I have been trying for 2 months and 6 phone calls to CS to get an issue resolved, to no avail. They keep saying, "the issue will be resolved in 3-5 business days". What the F ever, it never happened. I asked the rep flat out, listen, if I am not a customer in good standing and you dont want my business just tell me, I'll move on... there are alot of other places, without the losers doing cs poorly, to do my online purchases. The last call this obviuosly homo male rep did not have ANY phone skills whatsoever. He had the most gay lispy hairlip speaking style I wondered wtf is HSN doing hiring this douchebag for CS, a most critical aspect of their company. Needless to say, the little homo hung up on me. Man, what I would give to meet one of these little bastards and set em straight. Anyway, the bottom line is, that HSN DOES NOT care about CS, the CS people pass you along to another dept or number, they all give you the same speal, 3-5 days to take care of it... WTF 3-5 days??? Go into my account while I got your sorry butt on the phone for the 5th time and take care of the problem. How hard is that... oh yeah, the little douche on my last call, when I asked to speak to his supervisor, says, " I don't have a supervisor ".... what a friggin idiot. Take heed, stay the F away from HSN and do your business elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.
