OMG, HSN should be taking off of television, they are one of the worst legal scammer out there. I have never order anything from them before (first and last time). I made a order and was not please with the item, that did nothing like it did on television. So I return it and was told that it would be credit back to my account. Next thing I know they sent me a HSN credit card, that I did not ask for, activate or use. I returned the PoS Scanner. Next thing I know "World Finance Capital Bank" is calling my home telling me that I own them (not HSN) $92.77 for a product that I returned and a credit card that I never ask for and then on top of that late fees. They charge me $6.99 to return their product back to their company. Did I tell you this was my first and last time every using them! I'm still fighting with them for a credit card I didn't want. If I wanted a HSN credit card, why would I give them my credit card number to my bank account. I'm thinking that they would take it out of my bank account. Instead they ask you all your personal information (I'm thinking because of the item payment plan I had agree to two payments) ran a credit check on me while I was on the phone, without me knowing it. Sent me a HSN credit card after I return the item. Now is trying to charge me for something that I return $6.99. Then put late fees for two months $25.00 and $30.00, finance fees $1.33 and $1.55, and heaven knows all the other BS, they maybe charging for calling my home for the second time. After I thought I had cleared up the matter the first time. OMG I have never been so upset with a company that I thought I could trust in my life. Wow everything in life is just false advertisement! So for all of you that order off these networks specially HSN beware, beware, beware!
