hpshopping.com is great!it is easier than dell, and the prices are better.they have more free offers too!i like their desktops and their laptops!i own 2 hp desktops, and 1 hp laptop.oh yeah dont get a dell inspiron 1100 or above.my friends overheated and he lost 4 gegabites of info.

I first tried buying a camera and a printer from these people, no luck, they had a problem with the credit card, used the same card to buy printer and camera and saved a few bucks. I ordered a notebook computer from them, three days later they declined the purchase but had not released the $2,600 that they had tied up on my debit card, yes debit card, the funds were in the bank and they had a hold on them for three days and STILL didn't want to sell the damn thing. NEVER do business with these guys.

Recently purchased an HP iPaq 4155 and microkeyboard. Sales agents were very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased both items and they were delivered on time.
After 3 1/2 weeks I noticed a dead pixel on the screen. I contacted Hpshopping.com and was immediately issued a credit, was provided return shipment of defective product, and received replacement next day! Now that's service!

Pros: Great website, easy to navigate, awesome order tracking via email and online order status. Sales and Customer service reps are impeccable! I am always able to get a hold of a real person. My shopping experience has been very satisfying.

Cons: They could make price matching a bit easier to receive. I had to first receive the item, then call for credit (but was told I had to fax it in the request). During that time, some of the online etailers prices went up. But they were still willing to work with me.

After 5 months of severe frustration, and several phone calls to HP support. We were still trying to get our HP 7550 photo printer to print photos without a green ghost line, customer support finally figured out that it was due to a faulty cartridge. After pleading with them to at least send tree new cartridges (one of each color) They explained that this was only my second call to them and they can not do that but they agreed to replace the faulty cartridge, no consideration taken to all the paper and expensive ink wasted working with customer support. Pleease HP, SPARE me your generosity. I will never ever as long as I live buy another HP product. They do not care the least once their product is out of the store. Stay away from HP if you want to keep you sanity.

Great products, Good comparable price, Free Fedex Shipping and quick delivery. I did have a minor problem with financing approval but their bank promptly called me and corrected the issue. Their customer service was extremely helpful in placing the order. I am completely happy with the new custom Presario 8000T PC I ordered. Also a $50.00 mail in on the monitor. I rejected DELL because they didn't give me the 6 months, no interest. HP wins again...

Extremely poor customer service. They have no desire to help or retain customers. I was sent a desktop with a defective hard drive. The only option they gave me was for me to pack it back up, send it back, and wait another 3 weeks to get a replacement. They never apologized or tried to compensate for their error.
