The only problem which I encountered was I did not no exactly which software came with the computer. So when a list of recommend software appeared I choose to purchase the spayware as recommend. However I found once I received the computer this same software was included already and not need. I am now stuck with two copies of the same software and may need to send back the one I purchased. I wish the list or recommended products would not have included the software or noted my computer may have it already.

We have an infant so we go through the photo paper very quickly. It's hard to run to the store just for that item. Plus it's more expensive in the stores. Having it come right to the house is a time saver.

The unit I purchased was not able to perform the task I required (allow remote use of HP6100 and all features over the LAN). When tech support concluded it would not work in my application your staff helped me return with a full refund. They even arranged for FedEx to pick it up. Although the product did not work in this case, your service was excellent. I will certainly shop with you again.

I just ordered a $50 calculator from HPShopping.com. I paid for expedited shipping because my 25 year old HP41CX calculator had finally expired beyond the point of resurrection. While their shipping policy indicates that SOME of their items require signature on delivery, what these idiots do not tell you is that ALL of their products require signature on deliver AND you can not even have FedEx hold the package at their depot for you to come pick-up with a government issued proof of identity NOR is HPShopping.com capable of directing or willing to direct FedEx to hold the package for you, even when you call and speak to one of their supervisors. NOR can they give you a return merchandise authorization until they receive the product back from FedEx if you get so angry with their obstinacy that you don't want it anymore. All I can hope is that this new calculator, which I am now going to have to stay home from work and wait to be delivered, will last 25 years like the last one did because by then I should be good and bloody damn dead, and won't have to deal with these idiots ever again!!!

The worst on-line experience ever! Every thing sucked, and HP does not care one bit about anybody or anything. Customer service is the biggest bunch of incompetent morons on the planet. Supervisors, especially Andy are useless and as incompetent as their subordinates. Never got my product, no accuracy, customer service is the worst,and completely unsatisfied. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
