Navigating through the website was a bit cumbersome and counter-intuitive. When I clicked on an image, I did not get information about that image, I simply went to another site with multiple images on it. I got so frustrated that I almost gave up on buying the PC!!

Transactyion was never completed. Was on the phone multipal times for way to long. Between HP and HSBC you guys need to get your acts together. I was approved for a $4000 line of credit. Tried to use $400. Went to your site a week later to find out credit was denide because I wanted to ship to my office rather than my home and it was a different address they would not do it. No body bothered to tell me. No call, No email, No comunnications from you. I called to try and straighten it out and was on the phone for over half an hour. Tou people called hsbc to finish order since I do not have the credit card yet. They would not answer.I was told they probably were gone for the night. Ask to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold and forgotten. Nice customer service. I currentl hav 2 HP computers and all in one fax and 2 2600 printers. I also have 2 dell computers and a dell laptop. Any idea what me next purchase is going to be?I am sure this will not do any good but if I dont get an email or a phone call today I will never buy another HP product. The order process went smoothly and the item shipped on time. When I received the printer it was defective and I had to call them up to rma it. They sent fedex to my home to pickup the defective unit and when they received it back in their warehouse they shipped me a new unit which works properly. They didn't send me any tracking information when they shipped the replacement so I didn't know it was coming and nobody was at home to receive it. Overall I have no problems with placing my order with hpshopping.com and would shop there again if they had what I needed.

The HP store did a fine job. My problem was with FedEx. When the printer arrived in Baltimore, it went on one of their small courrier trucks for small packages and envelopes. The driver had no hand truck to help him carry the printer which was listed at about 67 lbs. It took five calls over three days to remedy the situation. Then I had to get the driver a cart to bring the printer from his truck to my apartment All that time, I am without a prnter. I have never had any problem like this with UPS. Dave Grafton
