HBees.com

I paid for expedited delivery and 2 weeks later I still do not have my delivery.  I called for a tracking number and this company can not provide one.  They have hundreds off dollars of mine and I have nothing.  Every time I call or email, I get the run around.  They didn't follow up when they said they would, they are now claiming that the post office is tracking the parcel through an internal custom tracking number.

Very poor experience.  Five days after placing my order, I was informed that my order was changed by them. They were shipping only 2 of the 7 items ordered. They were adjusting the amount charged to include nearly $10 in shipping, when I had originally qualified for free shipping. They never contacted me to see if I agreed to their changes; AND, there was no apology even after I pointed out they had not apologized.

I placed an order -- first of all it was overpriced; however, I ordered the item anyway -- I received a confirmation e-mail. Then the next day I was sent another e-mail saying that it was unavailable / out of stock. My complaint comes from why was I sent a confirmation e-mail if they didn't have the item. Therefore, they received my credit card info and I never got the product. ALthough I haven't been charged, I believe this is bad business.

I ordered 1-8-07. emailed them 1-19-07 and was ignored. emailed again 1-24-07 after a second email they said it was shipped even though it had not been. 3 days later they said it was shipped.
