On Sunday 27th September, 2008, I ordered over $125.00 worth of products from this company. I paid $11.33 for UPS shipping. A week later I had not yet received the goods, so I e-mailed them regarding this, and they just sent me an e-mail saying the goods had shipped. This was not good enough for me, so I phoned them and asked for an explanation. They said goods had shipped 2nd October, 4 DAYS after ordering. I was upset as it was a small package and I was unhappy with the shipping charges. I felt that for that amount of money, they could have processed the package sooner, as UPS delivers within a couple of days. 12 DAYS later, the parcel arrived and it had been send USPS Priority Mail and, according to the USPS website, a package of that size would have cost $4.80...or $4.75 if done online, which I know they did. Also, they didn't have to pay for packaging as USPS supplies this type of packaging free of charge. I was upset about this as they were supposed to send it UPS and I had run out of this product. Subsequent phonecalls did not engender any response from them either after I had to leave messages on their answering machine. All in all, just shoddy, bad service that makes a shopper mad!

I WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!
