I placed an order -- first of all it was overpriced; however, I ordered the item anyway -- I received a confirmation e-mail. Then the next day I was sent another e-mail saying that it was unavailable / out of stock. My complaint comes from why was I sent a confirmation e-mail if they didn't have the item. Therefore, they received my credit card info and I never got the product. ALthough I haven't been charged, I believe this is bad business.

I have ordered from HBees several times. This is the first time I have experienced this long of a wait. I have always been happy with their service and prices and will continue to order from them unless any problem becomes consistant.

I ordered 1-8-07. emailed them 1-19-07 and was ignored. emailed again 1-24-07 after a second email they said it was shipped even though it had not been. 3 days later they said it was shipped.
