Hard to beat happymothers. I've been shopping here for years (for my first 2 children and now my third) and never had a bad experience in all these years. I gotta say they must be one of the best in the baby product bussiness!!!!!

I was very inpressed with how this merchant handles problems. I had a busted stroller tire so I called customer service who called the company directly, apparently the maufacturers don't replace wheels/tires. but they called for me and told them that I had opened the box that way- and litterally 24 hrs later I recieved a brand new tire exchanged for the old one. I was very impressed with the service and deliverance.

Happymothers was a life saver! 2 days before my scheduled family vacation the wheels on my stroller broke. This made it impossible to use during the trip which I was very much anticipating. I called Happymothers and told them the situation: they had a replacement wheel sent to me THE NEXT DAY!!! They SAVED my trip, I dint have to go out and start looking around for a new stroller (mind you my baby is 9 months old) (and I wasn’t’ up for spending the money). They didn’t charge me much for it and I received it next day. From that day on I will ONLY do business with Happymothers, because they are so good to their customers, most other places would have given me problems because a lot of them I found out after, don’t replace wheels they usually have to special order it. Happymothers really is great :)

Worth Every Penny I spent on this website! I loved this store so much. First off I needed replacement wheels for my stroller, but I couldn't really find it anywhere reliable online. I decided to call Happymothers customer service. The women special ordered me the wheels and had it delivered directly to my house from the manufacturer to save me on shipping costs and the Time of arrival. I am soooooooooooo Appreciative. I knew of this store cuz I have a few friends who have shopped here before and they all had positive experiences shopping here. I highly highly recommend this store!!

I wasnt able to figure out how to assemble my stroller, I called the store I baught it from and they didnt help me at all. a friend of mine told me to call happymothers and explain to them my situation, when i did the womeen stayed on the phone with me for at least 20 min and went through it with me step by step... I couldnt believe how nice they were and I didnt even buy it from them. NExt time i buy anything for my baby i'm comming straight to happymothers. They really are the best store out there. Although this store talks about how important customer service is, nothing could be farther from the truth. They listed the stroller I purchased on November 29th as "in stock". I soon found out that doesn't mean they have it in stock, it means the "manufacturer" has it in stock. After being lied to several times about when my order would be shipped, I finally spoke to a manager who gave me a definite ship date of December 17th and promised to ship overnight. It is now 3 days past the date I was given and still no stroller. My emails are not answered and the people on the phone are plain rude. They blame the manufacturer for the poor service but I feel that they shouldn't list items as "in stock" if they have no control on when they will be received. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had and I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I only wish all online stores can take care of their customers as well as Happymother's does. I purchased a few toys from them and one of the toys was received defective, so I called happymothers and they insisted on calling the manufacturer on my behalf so I don’t have to deal with the hassle. A few days latter I received a brand new product delivered to me with a return shipping label so I don’t have to pay to return the product back to the manufacturer. I am so impressed with how the dealt with the problem and how everything was solved with out me having to do anything! Seriously this is the way all stores should be!

My Freinds chipped in togetheer to buy me a bugaboo. One day I recieved a package from happymother's and sure enough it was MY BRAND NEW STROLLER!!!! In the Box was a beautifully written card congradulating me on my new birth and they threw in an extra gift... a stroller light that retails for like 30 bucks)compliments of happymothers!I was extatic of course :) I love my stroller, and I am really glad my freinds bought it from such a sweet place. most stores are not that nice. I am impressed.

Before Placing orders through online merchants, I like to call up the customer service department to make sure that the info on the website are correct regarding details of items, and it's avalibility. I did this to happymothers.com and they passed the test! so i placed the order and everything worked out better than i expected!!

I am absolutely thrilled that I shopped at this store called Happymothers :)I had a problem with assembling a certain part of the high chair I bought from them, so I called the customer service agent at the phone number they provided on their website, and the really kind gentleman talked me through it and described it so well that I was able to do it myself!! I was so pleased with the patients and dedication they have to their customers. I am thrilled about the products I've purchased through them in the past and I intend on being a repeat customer! Since the billing and shipping addresses difered they warned me during checkout of a possible delay in recieving the packages, which was nice of them. turns out the info was confirmed that day and i recieved my package in days. Thats very decent service in my opinion.

Great Customer Service!!! I have ordered twice from Happy Mother's and every time I have had excellent service!!! Last year I bought a Stokke stroller and had no problems, today I just received a new set of textiles for my stroller and as I had paid for three day shipping I received it in one day, I'm in California they are on the east coast, so I must say I am quite impressed. I will use them for all of my online baby gear shopping!

I ordered a mountain buggy from happymothers it seemed as if the box was damaged during shipping, so i called the customer service department, and they OVERNIGHTED me a new one, and they even picked up the cost on the return shipping.....WOW I was impressively shocked!

I was extremely dissatisfied with Happy Mothers. I ordered a carseat they advertised as "in stock." 6 weeks later I was still getting email assurances (when they bothered to respond) the item was to be shipped the next day. After 6 weeks of this, I called customer service only to be told the item had been discontinued (despite still listing it as "in stock" on their website.) Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful over the phone, as well as completely unwilling to make this mistake right. They might offer lower prices, but save yourself the time and frustration and shop somewhere more reliable.

I'm very disappointed. I ordered a stroller which was supposed to be in stock and would ship the next day. Three days later I hadn't received a delivery email and my credit card hadn't been charged. I decided to call their Customer Service. They said the stroller was on "special order" and would come in in a week. I told them their website said it was available and in stock at the time I ordered it. Three weeks later and I'm still waiting. I think I'm going to cancel my order altogether and never shop at this website again.

I had ordered successfully from this store before. I then ordered an item 1.5 weeks ago, which was listed as in stock. It still has not shipped and I just canceled the order. What bothers me is that I had called twice last week and had been assured then that the order was just about to be shipped. I will never shop from this retailer again. If an item is listed as in stock, it should be.

I am always running around, I'm a very busy mom, I wanted to buy the Phil & teds single sport buggy, I checked out so many places but I fell in love with happymothers.com. They are so courteous and pleasant, They literally helped me with all my research. And everything they told me was true they are incredibly knowledgeable about the products they carry which also impressed me. With 4 kids and one on the way I have shopped at what seems like a million baby stores, it seems that to buy a stroller go here, to buy a highchair go there etc etc. I was finally refered to happy mothers.com not only did they have EVERYTHING i need for my new baby, but they also had stuff for my toddler as wll. seriously I shopped at one place, and it was as simple as that. no hussel and bussel, you could imagine how that is when havng to also deal with 4 kids lol.
