I am the mother of 3- and I have to say I have not found a better baby store then happymothers. I owned about 7 strollers in my life because every store I have shopped at only cared about how much money was coming into their pockets and not what would be good for me and my child. I remember them saying "oh yeah this is the best on the market" and it ended up being horrible. HAPPYMOTHERS is the exception, when I called them to ask about what the best stroller on th market is, they asked me, l"ets try to find what is best for you" and I have to say they did just that. They came through on their promise. Shipping is a bit long, mainly because I live in texas, so I am so far out, but other than that they have really been the most perfect baby shoopping site!!! All my best to them, and I hope that they survive this economic crisis cause it would be a real shame to all mothers out there to loose the best baby store on the web!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whatever you do do not order from this company! 5 weeks ago i ordered a jogging stroller that they charged me for that day! It is now 5 weeks later after being promised each week that my order was shipping on friday each week i still don't have my stroller! I finally got an email yesterday saying that my order would ship in a week and a half, i don't believe that for a second! I called to get some type of help from their "customer service" department and there was nothing they could do for me so i canceled the order and ordered it from somewhere else and guess what my order shipped the next day from that company! When you go to their site it says the item is in stock and will ship by 4 pm that day so they are completely misleading their customers! Yeah the no tax and free shipping things i really appealing but so not worth the hastle they will put you through! Save your sanity and order from somewhere else!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!. I received a stroller i ordered but not a second item that was part of the order. When I called they simply said they no longer had the item and didn't know when it would be back in stock. No apology, no explanation. Nonetheless, they had charged my card for the item and it's now been over a month. I still have not received a refund for this item happymothers never sent but charged for anyway.

An advertised product I ordered online was promptly charged to my account then 3 days after HappyMothers.com charged the transaction, they emailed me to say the item was not in stock and they would be issuing a refund.
Most online vendors do not actually charge your card until after shipping occurs to avoid this type of problem, yet HappyMothers.com was quick to take my money, then realize Ooops, we don't have this item three days later. 7-10 business days for a refund? Not likely. I am on BUSINESS DAY 14 waiting for a refund for an item they didn't even have. What a scam! |

A week after I ordered a carseat that was listed as "in stock, ships same day," I get an email to contact customer service. They don't have it. But they will definitely get it and ship it in 5 days, at the latest 6 days. 10 days later, I call them only to be placed on hold forever while they "look it up" -- never having asked any of my identifying information!! I've emailed them too and they have not responded. My credit card was charged the day I ordered it, which was 3 weeks ago!! I am a working mother and do not have time to keep calling them and be placed on hold. This is one VERY UNHAPPY mother that will never order from them again.

Happy Mothers.com does a great job getting your order out the door to you, but beware that returns are going to be a huge hassle.
I have spent 3+ weeks fighting with the company to return an item. My frustrations lie in three main areas: 1) inability to actually speak with the returns department (a work from home person) 2) the company does a very poor job of following up with customers 3) rediculus policies. While I could go on for a while about the company, I would like to leave the following examples: - When there was a problem with my return, no one at the company called me to let me know. If I had not called and said "where's my refund" nothing would have happened. - Their return policy states that the total amount returned to the customer is less any original shipping expense. I understand and agree with this policy except...my shipping was originally free (due to a promotion) but they still took it off my return becuase it was the cost that the company incurred. |

This is why I like the store so much, weather you buy a little toy or a big stroller I think they treat you all the same. I bought a stroller and I alwasy just loved their service. But like my sister bought a toy a mellissa and Doug puzzle but anyways they sent her a free gift with purchase just because, and she wasn'y even a return customer. She just raves on and on about how nice they were. Well for me I always liked them because I feel that they were always good. Like I bought a stroller, and it is the perfect stroller.Like the quality is strong it is still lasting even after a year. So no matter who you are they treat you good! I really like that.

If you have a problem- they know how to solve it. They are so caring. My Credit card was declining so the women called me to inform me that i was having payment issues(which I thought was nice, most other places will just forget about you and never send out your order) Well anyways the women I spoke to did everything in her power to make sure I would still get my order in time, and if she had a problem with anything, she would have her supervisor correct whatever block there was necessary to continue the process. I overheard her speaking to the supervisor saying "this customer made an honest mistake with the credit card info, can we help her" I just felt that she was so genuine, and caring. as far as she was concerned it was my mistake and she didn't have to do anything for me, but that was not the stance she took, and I was so impressed with the way she handled the situation, that I have told everyone I know who needs baby items to shop at happymothers. They are truly one of a kind in the online business world.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
I ordered a swing that stated on the website in stock and will ship in 24 hours. 1 week later they had charged my account but the item still had not shipped. I wrote them an email and never received a response. Then 2 weeks after the order was placed I called since I hadn't heard anything. the girl was rude and stated that the item had been discontinued. I had to ask for the money to be refunded. I guess they didn't have any intention on doing so until I asked. that is the impression they gave. And now it is 10 days after they said they refunded the money and I still have not received it. Worst service I have ever received. Worst customer service. This is a horrible company. I would not recommend to anyone. I highly recommend you go to any store but this one. |

I had purchased a Britax car seat from this merchant. If anyone knows Britax they have like a 100 different kinds of seats, with different features, different weight requirements and so on. it was too much info for me, and I couldn't handle all the info.

I finally found the BEST baby store on the internet. I am a sucker for a good bargin. Well when brousing the website I found that they have so much of a selection, they had like 200+ strollers. and like over 50 different car seats. I loved how they had so much options. Well I ended up buying a baby jogger classic stroller- which by the way they also give so much details, so you know exactly what you're getting. I also bought a peg perego primo viaggio SIP car seat. and all the accessories that come for the stroller, and It didn't even put a hole in my wallet. I mean listen Babies are expensive, so it's conforting to find a merchant thats reasonable. I like this store alot and I will be returning.

This store is the Bomb the absolute best online merchant I've shoped at inYEARS!!! I bought a stroller from them and as curtesy the trew in a free gift (that was a $79.00 value everywhere else) and the didnt charge tax or shipping. they really know how to make happy customers. First thing I noticed on their website was they don't charge taxes, and they don't charge for shipping. So I decided to buy my sons new stroller from them. Well not only do they have these 2 incentives, but the price for the stroller was very good. I bought it from the sale section. it came in one piece it was in Great condition and it works perfectly. I found a really good buy at Happymothers.com so I want to refer them to everyone cuz it's so hard to find a bargain nowadays so this store really stepped it up with their good prices.

Happy mothers take responsibility for their mistakes. I had purchased a Boppy pillow from this merchant online. But when I received it, I got the wrong colour. Now everyone makes mistakes, it didnt bother me that much, and it was a small item so I was debating if I should make a big deal about it, but I figured I should at least call and see what they would say. I called customer service and they were so apologetic, and said they would be more then happy to send me the right colour- (I received it the next day) plus they also sent me a shipping label so that I could send back the original one that I received without having to pay for shipping. Not only that but they also sent a free gift a $10 value (off their website) for the inconvenience of having to go back and forth. They were so wonderful to deal with. I am so happy I decided to call them, and work out the mistake. This is an honest merchant and you can tell they really care about their customers! I only have good things to say about Happymothers!

I was referred to HappyMothers by my sister, who just bought all her baby gear at this store. So when I had my twins she kept saying "Go to HappyMothers, Go to HappyMothers" that I was going to find everything I needed at very good prices. Well sure Enough I found EVERYTHING, and they didnt disappoint. Whatever I wanted was available in stock, and not only that it was at my door by the end of the week. Having your first children being twins in hectic enough the last thing I wanted to start worrying about was how I'm going to have everything I needed for them. Well sure enough Happymother's came through. My Sister really knows, shes a skilled researcher so when she recommends a place, I usually listen to her. When it comes to my babies I only want the best and my sister definitely referred me to nothing but the BEST!!

To sum up my expereince at happymothers.com it was really nice. Very reliable, and great products. They have over 250 strollers alone plus like a ton a car seats highchairs, toys, accessories, bath tubs, feeding products. I'm talkin EVERYTHING. I bought all my products from happymothers for my kids and I was really happy with the experience.

I was debating getting 2 different strollers, the orbit baby and the bugaboo, I was so unsure, so I called happymothers just to help me along with my decision. The women I spoke to was so knowledgeable she knew all the ups and downs about the 2 different strollers, and what was the best part of it all she kept insisting that the one I should buy would best suite my lifestyle. I ended up going for the Orbit since I do travel a lot and the car seat really makes things convenient for me. I love this merchant and I recommend them to everyone!

I got a call on the day I recived my brand new stroller that I ordered from HappyMothers, From a really sweet customer service agent asking me if I needed any help assemling the stroller, I thought it was FANTASTIC to have someone live on the wphone giving you step by step details on how your stroller works. How to put it together and use it (fold/unfold/push/change...etc) but the best part was how nice they were, I felt like they actually cared about my shopping experience which literally means the world to me. It's not about taking my money and leaving me hanging like many stores do. What a terrific experience!!!

I bought a stroller that I was kinda on the fence about, when I got it I really didnt like it, so called customer service at Happy mothers(where I bought the stroller, and they said I could return it, no questions asked. I was so impressed with how smooth everything went, that I did some better research and came back to happyMothers to buy the stroller I now have and LOVE. I would highely recommend this place.

I want to share my story because I was so impressed with the way it was handled. I bought a video baby monitor from this store, and It came to my house damaged, I called happymothers and the same day they called the manufacturer to have it replaced for me. Within days I had a new one at my door and all I had to do is give the old one to the UPS guy to return to Happymothers. They really Fixed the problem at no inconvenience to me.

This is my official baby site. I live down in Florida and in the town I live in there are not many baby stores, so it's kinda hard to see the products I want to buy, in person. I spoke to some women at happymothers and she told me that when I receive the package if Im not crazy about it I could just return it. That was so nice and reassuring, So far out of everything I have ordered, I returned nothing- I loved everything. But most importantly I love shopping from a place that gives me confidence in the products they sell.

I bought a stroller online from happymothers.com. It was shipped to me in good condition. However I was having lots of trouble assembling it I called customer help and they told me since I live in NY I have the option of coming by their store and having someone assemble it for me, for free. I decided to go, and they were so nice and helpful it took the guy 10 min to do it, which was funny to me since I was struggling with it for a while! I could use the stroller now and it's really awesome...

I found this store to be honest and reliable. I had a gift card for happymothers I was a bit confused how to use it so I called to place my order over the phone. I paid with the card and everything was fine. About a 1/2 hour later I got a call from the women who helped me over the phone, telling me that she accidentally overcharged me because the gift card didnt go through or something. So she credited me and redid it on the gift card, she also gave me an extra $10 in credit for the inconvenience, I thought that was exceptional. I totally trust this merchant and I hope to continue doing business with them in the future.
