If I were allowed to give 0 star, I would give Happymothers.com a big zero star.  Their customer service is horrible. I purchased a Britax Frontier booster chair from them today but right after I completed online order, I read it some where there was a recall for this model. I called them right away (of course there was 10 minutes wait) and spoke with a woman named Elle. She was very rude from the very beginning of our conversation and told me she didn't know anything about the recall. When I tried to her about the details of the recall, she said I didn't need to repeat something 4-5 times (she basically told me to shut-up.).She then told me just to cancel the order, otherwise I would come back and ask for refund of the chair one day. I didn't even mention about returning the chair. All I concern about was the recall! They don't deserve to sell baby stuff as they do not care about the safety of our children. When I requested to speak to their manager, she told me she was the supervisor. If they were Britax's authorized dealer like they claimed, how could they not know about the recall which was verified by Britax USA?? I don't recommend anyone to purchase any baby stuff from them!
