DO NOT SHOP HERE!   I ordered a travel system which they never sent the carseat. . .never called, never acknowledged, never apologized.  Now, 2 months later it is no longer made by the manufacturer and I am stuck with a partial travel system and a very partial refund.   The customer service wait times are very very long, the people are RUDE and unsympathetic, and after you wait for a long time, you are often disconnected! . . .it is the most frustrating experience.  It's not like an infant carseat can be used for longer than 9 months, so how is it possible that 2 months delay (and then not being able to fulfill the order at all) is acceptable?   Even if this site is cheaper than others, it's not worth the frustrations.   Buyer Beware.   If you do order from this site, be sure to follow up (if you have the time to wait on the phone) weekly to ensure your order is still coming.   I learned that being 'laid back' and allowing them some time to find out where their issues were DID NOT WORK and I paid the price!    Customer service is critical during these times and this company does not have it!
