I had purchased a Britax car seat from this merchant. If anyone knows Britax they have like a 100 different kinds of seats, with different features, different weight requirements and so on. it was too much info for me, and I couldn't handle all the info. I needed someone to break it down for me. Well I was told to call HappyMothers, my friend has had a previously good experience with them, so I figured I’d try it out. I spoke to a women name Elli, what a doll, so nice a patient and so informative. She broke down the different categories of the car seats, and how it works interms of pricing and features. I felt so educated at the end of the phone call I knew that the one I bought (Britax Roundabout-in onyx) was based on an educated decision, what was right for me and Marissia- my baby. I placed the order through them, and had it within 2 days. with a sweet little note from Elli which read " I hope you are satisfied with the car seat, if you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me anytime" I felt like I was dealing with a friend, then a complete stranger. I just want everyone to know how satisfied I am with this merchant. I wish them the best of luck during these hard times; we need merchants like these to stick around and continue to provide us consumers with exceptional service. You don't come across such nice customer service agents so often, unfortunately. I will definitely be sticking with this merchant for all my baby products :)
