I had a problem with the stroller I bought I called the manufactures customer support, and they were sending me around spinning in circles. I couldnt deal with it so I decided to call happymothers customer support to see if they could help me or at least exchange the product for me. They offered to call the manufacture for me so I wouldnt have to deal with it anymore- which was a huge burden off my chest. And then they offered to exchange it anyways so that I wouldnt have to wait till the manufacturer delivered it all I had to do was send the product back and as soon as they get it they can ship out a new stroller to me. That is exactly what I did. With in 2 weeks the problem was solved and I had a brand new stroller. In the end it turned out that I had received a defective item that was under manufactures warranty and their responsibility. But Happymothers took care of the entire situation for me. I am so happy I chose to shop at this store they are so helpful and willing to enhance their customers shopping experiences. Kudus to the whole happymothers team!
