I was shopping for a particular stroller and went to that stroller's website to find their list of online authorized retailers. Then, I used that list to find ones that were members of the Better Business Bureau. Reviewed their score at the BBB online site and then was quickly down to two retailers. I sent each one the same email asking if they would price match another online retailer that had the best deal on the stroller (this store was a BBB member but had rated an F...good thing I checked!) Both agreed, but the email response from Happy Mother's was more personal and friendly. So, I decided to go with them. They matched the other retailers price, plus gave me free shipping and charged me no sales tax, just like the other retailer was offering. The Happy Mother's representative answered all my emails very quickly, within 24 hours or less. I chose to call in my order, which was not a problem and was placed easily, with an order confirmation sent to my email before I even got off the phone with them. I was pleasantly surprised when the stroller was delivered withing two business days by DSL.

Ordering from them was very easy, fast and saved me some hard earn cash. I would order from them again.
