I ordered a stroller & carry bag. I was sent the wrong bag. The manager accused me several times of ordering the wrong bag & insisted it was my fault. I had to send him proof of the correct one that I ordered which I did. The manager said I would receive credit for the price difference plus the cost of shipping when I returned it. He said he would send me the correct item plus an extra item to make it up to me. They didn't send me anything nor the credit. They told me the item was discontinued. I called the manufacturer and found out it was not discontinued. They called Happy Mothers to tell them it was still available. I called Happy Mothers who said they ordered it for me. They lied again & did not order it from the mfr. When I still didn't receive it, I had to order it directly from the mfr. The manager did not return my calls. They also never gave me credit. I had to get the credit card company involved. This took months to straighten out. Their slogan is Hassle Free Returns which means they don't charge extra for the hassles they give.
