I had visited many H2O stores in Chicago over the years and also received many products as gifts. I have always loved the products, particularly the Hand & Nail Cream - - which is the best on the market bar none. H2O Plus also sells an extensive line of skincare, spa, bath and fragrance products.

I was very excited to encounter the H2O Plus website and have made several purchases with minimal trouble. Recently, I had some questions about skincare products so I called the H2O Plus hotline, 1-800-242-2284 , for some advice. I have to say, not only was the girl on the phone an expert on the products, it was such a pleasure talking to her that I just made my order on the phone and received the product the next day. The H2O Plus site is easy to shop, shipping is free if you spend $100 (easy to do since they have so many great products), and since I always receive my order in a day or two. My orders frequently include fabulous sample sizes of products I haven't tried yet.

I also visit the H2O Plus stores frequently to try new products and get advice from their associates. The stores are clean and fresh looking, full of my favorite products and I always get personalized service.

It is refreshing to have received such excellent customer service - - H2O Plus really knows their stuff.
