never received my merchandise! I had to call 3 different places to finally get an answer that my item would be on back order for 3 weeks more!!! no one contacted me.... i finally told them to cancel the order....VERY BAD experience! Ordered the Body Solid Seated Calf Machine. I just pray that they applied a credit to my charge card like they said they would ...next month it better appear on my card or else!!!!!

well only the weights and bar have been received im still waiting for the rest of my order it would benefit if a more prompt notification on back order's because i had to call and research why my order was not sent even though the web site stated all products i ordered were in stock. it's been about 4 or 5 wks , and when i tried to track my order i couldnt seems the order tracking section was not set yet and the yahoo.com web link was no help either.
