I was 100% dissatisified with my purcahse. The Ab Roller that I received was obviously used - it had RUST ON IT. The box it came in was beat up, torn and old. It looks like you went into your basement and gave me your old Ab Roller. I would not recommend your company to anyone. Actually, I would advise everyone I come in contact with NOT to use your company. I even think that you should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for fraud for selling used merchandise.

The product arrived a little later than first expected, since they were out of stock on the model I selected. There was some confusion about whether the item had been shipped from them, but it arrived yesterday and I am very happy with the product.

i ordered an item on 4/10 that they said would ship 4/25 which came and went and no communication as far as order status. they also seem to have no regular working hours, you can call in and often times the recording will say "they are currently closed," ...in the middle of the day!

does say you can leave a message and they will call you back...you guess it, never happen. this seems to also be a regular pattern with yahoo merchants.

definitely stay clear of gymcor.com!

I was not informed during the initial purchase, almost 3 weeks ago, that the item was not instock at GymCor.com. I have contacted them by phone and e-mail and I was informed it would be shipped out this past Friday. I have not received any confirmation at this time so I beleive GymCor has not received the item yet. I think some correspondence would be appreciated if an item is backordered and the expected delivery date it will be shipped would help the customer.. I like many of the products they carry and plan on purchasing other items in the furture.

My order was out of stock. They never told me if it would be filled, or do I need to re-order. Did they charge my credit card? I have no clue what to do or if my order will show up one day or not. They didn't return my email.

I ordered a stair master from GymCor and they kept pushing the delivery day further and further out, until I finally said forget it, I don't want it anymore, they tried to make me pay 25 percent, but I disputed the charge with my CC company and GymCor then lied and said it was resold so I then didn't have to pay the 25 percent. They are scammers, they charge almost $300 for shipping and make you wait 3 months. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! They are in California and take their time getting back to you. Diana the office manager is a complete twit and sends wrong emails and lies.

customer service was excellent when i contacted them; though when my order did not ship for 4 wks no one sent and email or made a call to let me know that the item was on backorder; would not have been a problem if someone had simply let me know. i however had to contact them; again great customer service when contacted but i feel that the organization should have contact me as i was making the purchase and they are getting the business and advertisment by word of mouth

After 3 weeks of waiting for my order, I never received it. When I finally called after not receiving appropriate information via email, they stated that I had just ordered it...no I had not, I had order it 3 weeks earlier. They can not find any tracking information on the order and I will probably just cancel my order and order through another company.

I was hesitant to purchase the floor mat due to the cost ($120). I was notified by e-mail the day it shipped, was able to track shipping across the country (I'm on the opposite coast!), and it arrived in a week. The new mat is worth every penny. It completely dampens the noise of my treadmill to the downstairs unit. Unlike my old mat, it doesn't shift, tear, or bunch up. Also, the mat's thickness did not pose a problem as it was very easy to roll the treadmill onto it.

THE PRODUCT WAS NOT THE SAME QUALITY/SIZE AS THE PHOTO FOR ADVERTISEMENT. INFACT IT WAS NOT THE SAME PIECE OF EQUMPMENT AT ALL. IF ID OF KNOW THAT IT WOULD BE OF LESSER QUALITY/SIZE I WOULD HAVE NOT PERCHASED IT. I WOULD HAVE GLADLY PAID THE EXTRA 100.OO, IF IT HAD BEEN THE SAME AS THE PICTURED GYM QALITY STYLE. IM NOT SURE IF I WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, MOST LIKELY NOT.

When I received the package, not to GymCor fault but the box was ripped open. And somebody tried to tape it up. The tape was not strong enough to hold the flat bench in the box. I blame UPS for the box being ripped open. Maybe GymCor should try USPS to ship the products. I never had a problem with items when I send them or receive them through USPS.

The only complaint I have is that we needed to purchase a tool to enable the screws to be secured ... there were also some washers and bolts missing. I suggest that you take a good look at your quality control department. Everything else was handled very well. Thank you.
