AVOID GYMCOR! Three months ago I ordered a Roman chair back machine, the total amount was charged to my credit card that same day but the product has never been delivered!!! This is the first and only bad expereince I have had with internet shopping.

No update on orders after 30 days. Tried to call a few weeks ago and even though I called the customer order line I was told I had called the order line. Was disconnected while I was supposedly being forwarded. There are only 3 employees according to online sources. Anyway, their voicemail system has been full for days on both the order line # and customer service line #. They have not returned voicemails I left weeks ago or replied to emails. I've started the dispute process with my credit card company.

Odered a piece of equipment - after two and half weeks of not receiving the bike, I called customer service to be told it was on back order and they had no idea when it could be shipped. I cancelled the order. Although the represetative was very nice and curtious, I still think I should have been contacted prior to my calling.

Easy to order and it came quicker than I expected. Plus they followed directions and shipped it to my office instead of the billing address (my house) - so many companies forget that people want it shipped to a different address.

My only complaint was our Corp Credit Card wouldn't go through and instead of calling the credit card to approve they denied my order. After a few e-mail exchances, your Customer Service called the card company and my order was processed. Took 48 hours after placing the order to resolve.

I ordered a shoulder machine from them. They sent me a broken part. I called to get a new part. They sent the wrong one. I called again, they said the correct part would be shipped soon. After six weeks the correct part still hasn't arrived.
It sounds like they don't care too much about your order. Terrible company. Please consider ordering from one of their competitors. |

Web site was complete, but made it hard to find full information about the company. Tracking number was made available (via e-mail as I requested) when I called, but it would have been nice to have the tracking number was e-mailed automatically when shipped.

After the merchant charged my credit card for the merchandise for the price ordered, they then emailed to tell me that the pricing listed on their website was incorrect and I would have to pay an additional $300 to recieve my product. The email came with a disclosure that they were not responsible for pricing errors (if the company isn't responsible for it's own actions, who is?).
After agreeing to the change, my credit card was charged for the remainder. I never recieved a confirmation email on my purchase or shipping information. I had to email twice. When I emailed the second time to explain the lengthy process and problems I'd experienced, I did not recieve an email back from a member of the customer service team or management, I simply recieved tracking information. Not only did I not have a pleasant shopping experience, no one in the company seemed to care.
