I purchase a product on December 2nd which was intended to be a Christmas gift. I called around the 15th to check on the status. Gymcor said it would ship in three business days because the item was on back order (the item was advertised as in stock on the website). I called back in a week and I got the same response. I called December 26th, 27th, 28th all the calls went straight to the answering machine I left a message and it was never returned. I called again around January 8th, and I finally got a hold of somebody they said that they couldn’t get the item and that I can cancel the order. I canceled the order that day; I was told that I should receive a refund within three business days. I didn’t receive the refund and I called back on January 15th. They told me that I never canceled the order and that I can cancel it now. I canceled it again and I am waiting on refund. Gymcor customer service was not impolite to me but they lied to me more than once and they are extremely hard to get a hold of. I never had a problem with buying anything on the internet until I shopped at Gymcor. I recommend this site to nobody. They initially lied when I ordered the item , they lied when they said it was in stock and, they lied two weeks after that when they the item was on back order and they just received it and it should be shipped within three days. They lied when they said they canceled my order the first time. If they were honest from the beginning when they advertised the item and it said it was not in stock then maybe it would have saved me a lot of problems. Long story short I didn’t receive the item, I didn’t receive my refund and the customer service lied to me on more than one occasion. In all it has been 46 days and that only that was accomplished was that gymcor took my money and it was never returned.
