SO FAR SO GOOD. IT IS NOT OPENED YET, AS IT IS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. I CANNOT ATTEST TO WHETHER IT WORKS PROPERLY YET. ONE THING THAT BOTHERS ME IS THE USE OF U.P.S. AS THE DELIVERY CARRIER. UNLIKE FEDEX OR THE U.S.P.S., UPS DOES NOT TAKE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD THE ITEM WHEN DELIVERING. THEY CONTINUE TO KNOCK ONCE AND LEAVE PACKAGE AT DOOR. I NOT ONLY HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, BUT HAVE ALSO WITNESSED THIS AT MY NEIGHBORS RESIDENCES. REGARDLESS OF THE SIZE, OR THE DESCRIPTIVE MARKINGS/PRINT ON THE OUTER PACKAGE, THEY JUST LEAVE THE ITEMS AT THE DOOR, REGARDLESS IF ITS A HOUSE OR APARTMENT. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR PROCEDURES AT ALL.

I love RedOctane I can get all my Guitar Hero items at this site and the fact that they offer great discounts at gizmodo is awesome too. The best thing about this site I would have to say is FREE SHIPING on orders of $49 or more most websites don't offer this and really need too if they want customers to order! I will be spreading the word about this website!

Hands down the WORST customer service ever. I ordered items and only received a partial shipment. I've tried numerous times to contact redoctane by telephone and noone ever answers. I've written numerous emails and noone has yet to reply 3 weeks later!!! I've been robbed by this worthless company!

While their site is easy to navigate and place an order, any semblance of customer service ends there. I found that my order was doubled up so I immediately emailed them (telephone contact is an impossibility) to notify them of the error. Even though I contacted them before the order was sent, they shipped the double order. It is now one week later and I do have the double order --and I have yet to receive a contact from RedOctane. The moral of the story is if there is any possibility you may need customer service surrounding your order, be wary about doing business with RedOctane.

I bought the wrong one, it should of been for a wii, I have sent numerous emails, and they are not reachable by phone. I am trying to sell this guitar by a newspaper classified ad. They were closed through the Thanksgiving weekend, and the phone now says from December 25 through Jan 5...now how in the heck can they conduct business through their busiest time when they are not there? What a joke. I ordered the right one from them also, and the next day it went on sale for $20.00 less from them...but cannot talk to them to get credit for this.
