No phone number to reach them at.
Customer Service occurs purely through form email.
1) I order and received a defective Metal Afterburner pad.
2) I filed an "RMA" with them to return the item and get a refund.
3) I was told they only do exchanges.
4) I filed and "RMA" for an exchange with RedOctane.
5) I shipped the item back to RedOctane. FedEx tells me that they received the item 20 days after I placed the order.
6) 4 Weeks pass, and I have not seen any exchange.
7) I contact RedOctane and they tell me that they did not receive the pad.
8) I provided RedOctane with the FedEx Tracking number.
9) I have heard nothing from them so far.
It's been 52 days since I placed my order and I still do not have a functional device to play on. It is upsetting that I purchased a $200 piece of equipment, and then payed another $20 to ship it back to them, yet there is no consistent communication from RedOctane. I generally wait 2 days in between each communication in order to hear that I need to resubmit a form, or give them some for of additional information, and the only thing that I have heard from them so far is, "do this do that" and "You can't do that". I adapt and continue to try to sort this out, but it still isn't resolved.
I'll keep you updated.
