Guitar Center

I have been shopping here for about over a year. At first, I was put off, because of the Mitt Romney connection, but he's in ALL the major music outlets now. They have four fairly local stores, and I have bought online, and in store, and had items shipped to home and store. Have purchased some unbelievably inexpensive used guitars in excellent condition at their stores (you have to know what you're looking for, most people don't). Their prices are good, customer service good, store personnel are knowledgeable and get to know you fast when you're spending as much money as I don <LOL>. Their 30-day return policy hooked me, and the ability to return shipped items to store, and not have to pack and pay for returns of items you don't want. Although I did not receive this item yet, delivery was attempted yesterday, and I expect it today or Monday.

I got no tracking notice. I was instructed to download from the manufacture which was troublesome because my Windows 7 would not download the Install folder, I had to use my Windows XP to same the download and transfer it to my Windows 7 computer. I had to write to Support several times which helped some but it still remains a mystery why the Install folder would not show up. ...Love the product though!! Thanks!

Guitar Center always has the selection I desire at unbeatable prices. The quantity of customer reviews are a helpful shopping tool as well as the clarity of product descriptions. Website design is well organized for ease of use, and customer service has never failed me.

We had to call and cancel the first order because the product was on back order for 1month, this information was not indicated when placing the order. We changed the item color but the customer service rep took almost 20 minutes to complete the switch due to slow software used by guitar center. We are still waiting for the item.

The local stores Guitar Centers do not carry the speaker poles for the Berringer 18" to 15" speakers. can not find the poles for them. Purchased 2 18" 2 15" 4 12" speakers from Guitar Center Clackamas, Or. Have spent over $18,000 at Guitar Center in 2012. dbhendryx@hotmail.com Thank You

Love this store!  Was getting a great price on a Fender guitar and I was having trouble  redeeming an online coupon for the purchase.  I called customer service and they quickly completed the purchase for me over the phone at the reduced price  I had been planning to have it sent to the closest store for pick up, but shipping was free and they said it would only take 3-5 days. It actually arrived in only 2 days! I couldn't be happier and will continue to use them.

Ordered a product and after I placed order I was informed it wasnt in stock and I wouldn't receive until January 29th.

Another site, at which I was buying a pedal as a gift, let me know straightaway that the cables were on backorder. I got no indication of this from Guitar Center until at least two days after I had placed the order. Also, at the time of the order, I tried to choose the option to have the cables delivered to my local store for pick-up, but didn't see that choice when I got to the shipping screen. Still don't have the cables, which were to be a Christmas gift. Am pretty unhappy.

Guitar Center always has competitive prices and friendly customer service. The logistics at the Stafford store are questionable. It is hard to get the products I want in house. I have had to go to the Westheimer store twice, which is at least 15 miles from my house, instead of driving 4 miles to the Stafford location.
