Greenwood Lake Wines

I placed an online order for a hard-to-find Madiran wine (tannat).  I promptly received a call from Jim (I believe he is the owner) letting me know that the wine I ordered was unavailable; but, that as a courtesy to me for the error, he was going to ship me a MUCH more expensive bottle of tannat -- at no extra cost to me!  There was at least a $30 difference!  They shipped the wine immediately and I received it the next day (with tracking).  This is high-class company that goes above and beyond to serve their customers!  I will definitely purchase from Greenwood Lake Wines again!

I thought they would contact me when they got the wrong address. I had to follow up on my order and have it redirected properly. It was my mistake on the shipping address but when it wasnt delivered, I had to call to have it fixed. I thought maybe since they knew it didnt get delivered on the first try properly I would get a call from them. But I am still pleased with the service and outcome of the delivery. Good customer service by both Greenwood & their shipping company.

No hassles, no fuss. Wine was slated to ship 2nd day air and made it to the house in time for Thanksgiving festivities with the family. Shipped much faster than I expected, and arrived much faster than I expected. I could not have asked for a simpler checkout, easier purchase or faster service. I will definitely be shopping in the future and, even as critical as I tend to be, I could not find a single flaw with this merchant. I shop with thousands of online merchants per year. EXCELLENT MERCHANT!

Excellent customer support! I was ordering a bottle of wine to be shipped to a relative's house at a different address, and Greenwood Lake Wines did an excellent job at rushing the shipment to insure that it arrived on time for Thanksgiving Day and refunded an overcharge on my credit card for shipping expenses. Ordered Salmon Pointe white zinfedal but actually recieved anthor white zinfedal product by Coastal Vintners. Wasn't what I expected without at least a call. Did call the merchant and they were very agreeable to returning the product if we are not satisfied. We will be returning the product so we'll see how that goes.
