The reason for not making a similar purchase is that I have just received an invoice from FedEx in respect of import duty amounting to £12.63 which is almost the cost of the item bought! Also there is no choice regarding carriage. I would have preferred to have paid less and received the item slightly later instead of having to pay for a priority delivery. The cost of carriage made it quite an expensive item, not to mention the duty!

This store had a limited, rather eclectic inventory, which was organized rather haphazardly. However, it was easy enough to find what I was looking for. I found the site because my search for steel water bottle on Google returned this site at the top of the list.

I was very satisfied with the service. I found you on the internet while I was searching for this product. I had originally bought it from a home shopping network show and needed to replace it.

I experiences several delays, and the product was never actually delivered. The recipient happened to be at FedEx and the package happened to be there. He was waiting around for a lot of the day to recieve it, after they called him at work and ruined the suprise the previous day (i stated in the order that it was meant to be a gift). The product itself is fine, but the delays were a bit of a pain.

The product is great and the shipment was fast--TOO FAST!! I called to check on a delayed ship date. I was told to put the requested date ( January 2, 2004) in the comment box, which I did, but it was sent immediately. I wanted it to be a Christmas gift, not a mid-December gift.
