The GreenFeet experience was very enjoyable. Although I would shop at GreenFeet again, I would also be sure to check locally for the same item. The Melitta Coffee Pot I purchased was about $50 not including s/h. I found the same coffee pot in a local store for $40-it was totally by accident that I stumbled across it.

Great shopping experience. I had a small misunderstanding about how to execute the free gift offer, but a phone call cleared the matter up in seconds! Also, there was some negligible damage on one of the Chico bags, but, that too, was taken care of with a brief phone call and a positive attitude! I will DEFINITELY be shopping with Greenfeet again. I was pleased that although I was only interested in a single, inexpensive item, I was not overcharged for shipping. I was a bit frustrated by the bambuhome.com site, listing a number of Bambu product store/online retailers... none of which actualy carried this product... and naturally, I tried the GreenFeet site last. At least I thank them for carrying it.

The water contained in the Kleen Kanteens tastes metallic. This is unpleasant and is not something mentioned in connection with the product. I wonder about the quality of the product.

greenfeet.com does not keep you informed of your order status, I received one email from them about my order and that was the tracking number. There selection of products is limited and the site layout is inefficient and difficult to navigate compared to other retail websites I frequent. You have to set up an account with them to order which is very annoying, I prefer just to place my order and be done rather than have to remember yet another password. They do have good product descriptions and my order did arrive promptly, but I doubt I will be ordering from the again.
