One of my purchaces arrived damaged. I called the company and they shipped a replacement immediately at no charge and I didn't even have to send the old one back. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The items I purchase from there always arrive very quickly. They tend to have excellent sales and bonuses for returning customers.

I am very satisfied with the products, but it seems that I miss a step in the purchasing process. I did not remember to have chosen Fedex as delivery service. I noticed my mistake when I received a tracking order email from them. And surprise! I has been requested by Fedex to pay the customs fees (30 $) for an order of 80 $ when they delivered the products. No doubt I will pay attention next time I buy something from an american website...

The jugs are great! I also purchased the special cleaning brush. The handle is a little short for thoroughly cleaning to the bottom of the jugs, but the shape of the brush itself is good. The sippy top that I bought for one of the jugs squeaks when you use it, so I've given up on using it. Also the plastic loop connecting the top cover of the sippy lid to the screwed on lid itself is very thin plastic and hard to use as a carrier as it cuts into my fingers.
