I bought a printer that had been a leased equipment, I was not familiar with this kind of purchase and didn't read the fine print on their web site. So I was surprised when I got the item without ink cartridge, no software, no signal cable and no instructions. I will have to be more careful on my next purchase!

I couldn't believe how great it was to order the item on a simple no confusing frills website with photos of what you are ordering and simple instructions on how to install. This is excellent. The order arrived quickly and the label for a recycle deposit refund was included and easy to send off. I hope to see that refund next with an email annoucement would be preferable. I am sure it will take a bit more time to process but thus far I am very happy.
